Simon's Reef

Located off the north coast of Gili Meno, Simon’s Reef is a vibrant dive site known for its series of underwater seamounts rising from depths of around 35 meters. The reef features eight main pinnacles arranged roughly in a figure-eight pattern. Divers can explore a rich variety of hard and soft corals, including stony corals and gorgonian sea fans. The site is frequented by schools of fish, such as fusiliers and bannerfish, and offers the chance to encounter green turtles, cuttlefish, marble rays, eagle rays, and white-tip reef sharks. Due to depths averaging around 25 meters and potential strong currents, Simon’s Reef is suitable for experienced divers and is ideal for those diving with nitrox.
